These Terms govern your use of NormiePay (the “Service”). They apply to merchants who accept payments through the Service and to end users who pay through it (for example, to join a Telegram or Discord community). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NormiePay is non-custodial software that generates blockchain payment addresses and smart-contract instructions and surfaces on-chain payment data. We never take custody of, control, or have the ability to move, freeze, or reverse funds. We are not a bank, money transmitter, exchange, custodian, or payment institution, and we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials, API keys, and wallet keys. Merchants additionally agree to the Merchant Disclaimer.
Payments settle directly on public blockchains and are irreversible. When you pay to join a community, access (such as a Telegram invite or a Discord role) is granted for the stated duration and is automatically removed when it lapses unless renewed. Prices are set by the merchant and are payable in the stated crypto asset. Blockchain network (gas) fees may apply and are outside our control.
NormiePay charges a platform fee on payments processed through the Service, disclosed in the merchant dashboard. A portion of that fee may be paid to affiliates who referred the merchant. The fee is deducted at settlement; the remainder settles to the merchant’s own wallet.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to sell illegal goods or services, to evade sanctions, for money laundering or fraud, or in violation of any third party’s rights or of the terms of any platform (including Telegram and Discord). You are solely responsible for the legality of your activities and for all required licenses, registrations, tax, KYC/AML, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Except for the automatic over/underpayment refunds handled by our smart contracts, all sales are between the merchant and the customer. Refund, delivery, and support obligations rest with the merchant. NormiePay is not a party to those transactions and does not mediate disputes.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Blockchain transactions carry inherent risk, and smart contracts may be unaudited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NormiePay is not liable for lost funds, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the platform fees you paid to NormiePay in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NormiePay and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your business activities.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
