Privacy Policy

Version 2026-07-06

This policy explains what data NormiePay (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and how we handle it. It applies to merchants who use our platform and to end users (for example, people paying to join a Telegram or Discord community through NormiePay). NormiePay is a non-custodial software provider: payments settle directly on public blockchains and we never take custody of funds.

1. Data we collect

From merchants: account email and name (via our authentication provider), business/company name, payout wallet addresses, API keys, webhook URLs, and configuration you enter (payment links, membership settings).

From end users / customers: the name and email address you enter at checkout, and, where you pay to join a community, your Telegram or Discord user ID and username so we can grant and later remove your access.

Automatically: on-chain transaction data (wallet addresses, amounts, transaction hashes, timestamps) — this is public blockchain data — plus basic technical logs (IP address, user agent) and essential cookies used to keep you signed in and to attribute referrals.

We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or perform identity verification (KYC) on end users.

2. How we use it

To create and monitor payments; to grant, renew, and revoke community access; to send transactional messages (payment confirmations, refund notices, and membership-expiry reminders) by email and via the relevant chat platform; to calculate and pay platform fees and affiliate commissions; to provide support; to prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing and third-party services

We share data only as needed to run the Service, with providers acting on our behalf, including: our cloud/hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, our email delivery provider, and — where you use those features — the Telegram and Discord platforms. Payment and settlement information is recorded on public blockchains, which are permanent and outside our control. We may disclose information where required by law.

4. Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which we delete or anonymize them. On-chain data cannot be deleted from public blockchains.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Note that we cannot alter or remove data already written to a public blockchain.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your own wallet keys, seed phrases, and account credentials.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the version date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions or requests: support@normiepay.xyz.
